I. General Overview of Perishable Goods Policy

At Brew Super Foods Pvt. Ltd., we take immense pride in the quality and freshness of our Nirmalya tea and superfood products.

Because our products are classified as perishable food items, we maintain a strict hygiene and safety protocol.

Consequently, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal taste preferences or a "change of mind" once the product has been dispatched and the seal has been broken.

This policy ensures that every customer receives a product that has remained within our controlled supply chain, guaranteeing safety and authenticity.

II. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Shipments

We are committed to ensuring that your order reaches you in perfect condition.

However, in the rare event that you receive a product that is physically damaged, has a tampered seal, or is not the item you originally ordered, we will facilitate a resolution.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund under these circumstances, you must notify our customer support team within forty-eight (48) hours of the recorded delivery time.

We require comprehensive evidence, including clear photographs or an unboxing video of the damaged packaging and the product label, to initiate an investigation with our logistics partners and quality control team.

III. Quality Assurance and Evaluation Process

Once a claim for a damaged or defective item is submitted, our quality assurance team will review the provided evidence.

We reserve the right to request the return of the defective product for physical inspection before a final decision is made.

In such cases, we will arrange a reverse pickup at our own expense.

If the defect is verified as a manufacturing error or transit damage, we will process a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Please note that claims reported after the 48-hour window or claims without valid photographic proof will not be entertained.

IV. Order Cancellation and Modifications

Customers may request the cancellation of an order only before it has been processed and handed over to our delivery partners.

Once an order is marked as "Shipped" or "In Transit," we are unable to cancel the shipment or modify the delivery address.

For successfully canceled orders that have been prepaid, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment source.

V. Refund Processing and Timelines

In instances where a refund is approved—whether due to a canceled order, a verified defective product, or an undeliverable shipment—the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI).

Please allow seven (7) to ten (10) business days for the refund to reflect in your account, as processing times can vary depending on the financial institution.

We do not offer cash refunds for any transactions.

VI. Non-Returnable Items and Final Sale

Please be advised that certain items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

These include products purchased during "Final Sale" events, clearance items, gift cards, or customized gift hampers.

Additionally, any product that shows signs of being used, consumed, or where the original vacuum-sealed packaging has been compromised will not be eligible for any form of reimbursement or replacement.
