All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices and availability at any time without prior notice.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.

IV. Order Processing and Payment Terms

The placement of an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase, which is subject to our internal acceptance procedures. A contract is only formed when we dispatch the goods and send a confirmation email.

We reserve the right to limit the order quantity on any item or to refuse service to any customer without prior notification.

V. Shipping, Risk of Loss, and Delivery Obligations

We aim to deliver our premium tea products across India in a timely manner through our third-party logistics partners.

While we provide estimated delivery dates, these are not guaranteed as they are subject to external factors including weather, logistical bottlenecks, and regional restrictions.

All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract, which means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of the goods to the carrier.

We shall not be held liable for any delays in delivery that are beyond our reasonable control.

It is the responsibility of the user to provide an accurate shipping address; Brew Super Foods Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

VI. Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Due to the perishable nature of tea and superfood products, we generally do not accept returns once a product has been delivered, except in cases where the item is found to be damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

If you receive a compromised product, you must notify our customer service team within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage.

Upon validation of your claim, we will initiate a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

Orders may be canceled before they are dispatched; however, once an order has entered the shipping process, cancellation is no longer possible.

Refunds for canceled orders or validated claims will typically be processed within seven to ten business days.

VII. Intellectual Property Rights and Usage License

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of Brew Super Foods Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.
